Brittany R. McCracken
Brittany McCracken is the General Manager of AMT Companies. Through her leadership, Ms. McCracken guides team members’ progress throughout projects while reporting on that progress and assisting team members in problem solving needs. Ms. McCracken also provides relationship management leadership to key constituents through visiting and maintaining engagement with individual clients, including Department of Defense (DoD) laboratories and the Department of Homeland Security. Her responsibilities also include resource allocation, workload management, and building and overseeing the pipeline and portfolio.
McCracken has assessed the technical and market viability of technologies in a variety of market sectors, including; position-location, communications, energetics, sensors, and medical, among others, while in the roles of Market Research Analyst and then Business Consultant/Team Leader. That experience positioned her well for her current role of managing the overall project processes within the organization.
Prior to joining AMT Companies, McCracken worked for GE Transportation. Her everyday responsibilities included serving as a liaison between GE engineers and international customers in order to troubleshoot problems in the field, analyzing failure rates, and synthesizing engineering, end-user, sourcing and routing information to create project timelines for the purpose of tracking the implementation of fixes within the field.
McCracken holds an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University. She also graduated summa cum laude from Mercyhurst College with concentrations in both Marketing and Chemistry. As an undergraduate, McCracken received the Walker Award for Academic Excellence, which is presented to the graduating senior in business who receives the highest faculty evaluations in all phases of Business Policy and Strategy.
